As I find myself already in the middle of the month of March, I realize that I have still not established what goals I want to work on! As you all know, it has been a crazy, totally different type of month than normal.
Being told that we have to stay home was a bit of a shock to me. While I love being at home and am looking forward to it, I still needed to process all that that entailed! I am now at a place where I can organize my time, schedule, and work on what I actually want to accomplish. It is never too late to set goals and work on accomplishing them!
What are my goals for March?
After February being a month where I did not accomplish hardly anything, I want to make sure I accomplish something worthwhile in what is left of the month of March.
So what are my goals for March? For the rest of the month, I have decided that I will focus on creating content for my blog. However, my content focus has changed a bit as we are facing a totally different lifestyle than before. For now, I will focus on content that will help with the following:
- Being productive
- Learning to manage time properly
- Incorporating a homeschooling schedule
- Creating better habits
- Learning about online business and what can be accomplished during this time
- Updates on what I’m learning, implementing and accomplishing
What will I be learning?
Learning will be a huge portion of what I want to accomplish for the rest of this month. So, I have decided that these are the learning goals I have set for myself:
- Read “Atomic Habits” by James Clear
- Read “The One Thing” by David J. Schwartz, PhD
- Finish my online Virtual Assistant Course “Overwhelmed to Overbooked”.
Phew! That’s a lot to accomplish in the next two weeks. I am hoping that I have not overextended myself!
What will I be doing?
Having to stay at home all the time, I will be focusing on:
- Incorporating our new daily schedule, household chores, and work schedule
- Working on a homeschool schedule for my 6-year-old
- Keeping track of the school schedule my 13 and 12-year-old need to follow
- Incorporating a daily habit of Bible reading and devotional time with my children
I’ll keep you posted on what I actually did accomplish during the month of March. Keep a lookout for my post on Goals for the Month of April 2020!
